There are few physical resemblances between this young woman and his brother, but Data is reminded of Lore regardless. There is an erratic quality to her behavior that is similar, but it is different in a way Data cannot articulate to himself when expressed through her. They both engage in apparent acts of humor that are not intended to be pleasant for the recipient, they both disregard his personal space, they both killed people important to them.
